स्ट्रॉबेरी चीजकेक

Cheesecake that arrives in pieces, so you can build each bite the way you want it.

• Cream cheese, soft and tangy.
• Strawberry sauce, spooned over at the table.
• Cake base, cut into shards.
• Chilled, then served cold.

A deconstructed take on the classic: the base, the cream cheese and the strawberry sauce come to the table separately, so nothing goes soft before it reaches you. Spoon the sauce yourself, take as much or as little as you like, and let the cream cheese stay cold and clean against the crumb of the base. It is the same dessert you know, just built in front of you.
