Cut thick and cooked hard over fire, this is the kind of steak that needs nothing but salt and a little patience.

  • Australian Wagyu ribeye, MB 8/9 marbling.

  • Grilled broccolini, lightly charred at the edges.

  • Baby carrots, sweet and just tender.

  • Beef jus, reduced slow and glossy.

  • Béarnaise, tarragon-flecked and rich.

The marbling melts into the crust as it rests, so each slice stays buttery through the middle with a deep, charred edge.

It comes off the grill with your choice of side — grilled broccolini or baby carrots — and either the beef jus or the Béarnaise, whichever you're in the mood for. Contains: dairy, eggs (inferred — please confirm with the kitchen).
