Data Deletion

You can remove the information BiteTheMenu (a service operated by Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd.) holds about you at any time, including any data we obtained when you connected your Instagram or Facebook account. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Disconnect your social accounts in the app
The fastest way to remove your Instagram and Facebook data is to disconnect the accounts directly:
- Sign in to BiteTheMenu.
- Go to Growth → Connections.
- Select your connected Instagram/Facebook account and choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting immediately deletes the access tokens and account details we stored for that connection. You can also remove our app entirely from your Facebook account under Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
Option 2 — Request full deletion of your data
To delete the complete set of data we hold about you and your venue, email us at eccomisydney@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, from the email address associated with your account.
We will verify your request and delete your data from our active systems within 30 days. This includes your account information, the content you created, and all data obtained from Instagram and Facebook. We may retain a limited amount of information only where the law requires us to.
