Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BiteTheMenu platform and related services (the “Service”), operated by Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd.. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
BiteTheMenu provides software that helps restaurants and food venues manage their business and create and publish marketing content, including the option to publish content to a venue’s own connected social media accounts.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Connected social accounts
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, you confirm that you own that account or are authorised to manage it. You remain responsible for the content published through the Service and for ensuring it complies with the policies of the relevant platforms (including Meta’s) and with applicable law. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from Growth → Connections.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
- Violate the terms or policies of any connected platform.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and publish that content on your behalf in order to operate the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing through third-party platforms will always succeed, as those platforms are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
