The What's on calendar
Questi contenuti non sono ancora disponibili nella tua lingua.
What’s on shows all your events in one place. You see them on a list or on a month calendar. Your events team uses it to plan the month.
The rule Guests see only Published events. A Draft is for you. Archived keeps an old event but hides it.
How it works
- Open Events in the sidebar, then What’s on.
- Press List or Month at the top.
- In Month, each event sits on its day. Green is published. Grey is a draft. An event that repeats shows on every day it runs.
- Press a day to see its events under the calendar. Press Add an event on this day to make a new one at 19:00.
- Use the buttons on each event: Publish, Make draft, Archive, or Copy to a date.
Good to know
- Archived events are hidden. Press the Archived filter to see them.
- Pick a Kind of event to see only one kind, for example only DJ nights.
- Copy to a date makes a draft with the same time. It does not repeat. Photos from your Library come with it. Photos you uploaded do not come with it.
- An event can have its own packages, for example a set menu for a wine dinner. Add them in the event, under Packages for this night.
- The owner can hide the whole Events section. Go to Settings, then Service status, then Sidebar sections.
