Your home — the whole venue on one screen
When you sign in, home greets you by name and answers the question you came to ask: is it working? Every card is a shortcut — click it to open the full page behind it.
The rule
The first thing you see is what goes badly and what goes well. Each problem says how easy it is to fix.
How it works
- Here is your restaurant today — we read your Google reviews, your menu and your Instagram. Fix these first lists the problems, worst first. For example: “2 bad reviews have no answer”. Each one has an Easy fix line and a button. What you do well lists the good news, like your stars and your followers. If you follow no competitor yet, a big card asks Who are your competitors?
- At a glance — three charts across the top. Menu views counts everyone who opened your menu in the last 30 days, with the change on last week. Instagram tracks your follower count. Google reviews shows your star rating, how many arrived each week, and which way the rating is moving.
- Latest activity — one panel with tabs for Reviews, Posts and Orders, newest first.
- Getting set up sits beside it while your account is unfinished: how far along you are, and the next few things to do. It disappears for good once you’re done.
- Quick actions — one-tap shortcuts. Each one acts out what it does when you point at it.
- Then the themed sections: Your menu online, Marketing Studio, Creative studio, Kitchen & operations if you run one, Your team if you use training, and Your AI team with the Ask the AI chat.
Good to know
- A line leaves the list when you fix it. Nothing to fix? The list says so.
- Press Why is this important? under a line to read why it matters, in four short points.
- The Posts tab shows your latest Instagram and Facebook posts. If a channel is missing, you type its name right there and press Save. Or press Later and add it in Connections.
- Haven’t linked a channel yet? That chart invites you to add it instead of showing an empty graph.
- Your role filters what you see — a cashier gets a lean cockpit, an owner the full deck.
- The Instagram chart works from a link you paste. You never have to log in with your social account.
- Kitchen & operations only appears if you run stock or recipes.
- Your team shows Ready tonight — for each position, how many of your staff are cleared to work it, who is lapsing, and who isn’t ready yet. It only appears if you use training.
- Hidden cards are remembered per device and per venue; new cards arrive switched on.
