Competitor offers — what deals a rival is running right now
Knowing what a rival charges is one thing. Knowing what they’re running this week — the “2 pizzas ฿499”, the set lunch, the happy-hour board — is what actually pulls a customer past their door instead of yours. Most places post these as a picture, not as words, so the numbers sit inside the image. The Offers tab reads that picture for you.
The system never makes up a deal. Every offer you see came from a promotion the competitor actually posted — read off their own image, with the price they printed.
How it works
- Open a competitor and go to the Offers & price intel tab.
- Press Get their latest offers. The system looks at the promotions they’ve posted recently on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and reads each price card.
- A few seconds later each live deal appears — the deal name, its price, the crossed-out old price it’s discounting from, and a small save X% badge. A “per set” or “2 courses” note tells you what the price covers.
A deal that stops being posted quietly drops off the list once it’s gone stale, so what you see is what’s running now.
Good to know
- Each pull costs one small flat price — the same whether it finds a new deal or nothing changed. Your refresh rhythm, not what it finds, is what sets your spend.
- Offers also refresh on their own in the background along with the rest of a competitor’s data, so the tab is often already up to date when you open it — the button is for when you want the very latest right now.
- If the read fails outright, you’re not charged.
- The crossed-out old price is the hardest number to read reliably, so the save % only shows when the discount makes sense. When in doubt, trust the big deal price, not the small one.
- Prices are read in the local currency and shown in whole numbers — never guessed.
