How your AI team talks like you

One team, one voice: yours. On your menu chat, on socials, in review replies, on Telegram. Your AI team learned how you speak — and keeps learning from you, day by day.

What you do: steer. Approve, fix, say “not like that”. Your AI team writes — you decide what sounds like you.

How it talks

To guests it talks warm and plain, like a good waiter. Short lines. The answer first — no warm-up, no repeating the question back. Three or more things become a list, one short line each. The important word stands in bold at the front.

To you it talks even shorter. A reply stops at about six lines. If there is more, it gives you the first part and asks if you want the rest.

Posts, captions and review replies are different: those go out to your guests, so they stay as full prose — in your voice, not in chat lines.

How it learns your voice

Your voice lives in one room — what you say, and what you never say. Set it once, and each caption, reply and text follows it.

Then every day teaches more. Each yes confirms. Each fix you make is a lesson. Change a reply and your AI team notes how you said it better. Correct it in chat — “shorter”, “warmer”, “never say that” — and it remembers.

Nothing it writes goes out alone. Elena drafts, you approve. Each approval sharpens the next draft.

Good to know

  • Bold means “this one”. A button to press, a name, a number that matters. Never a whole sentence.
  • No machine tell. The long dash is the clearest sign a machine wrote something, so your AI team never uses one.
  • Same in every language. The shape stays — Italian, Thai, German read the same way.
  • Each persona keeps the voice. Guest, your people, you — three personas, one voice. See Your AI team & its personas.
  • This is not something you set up. The talking rules are on for each helper, everywhere. Your part is only the voice — and the daily steering.
