Your account and venues — live tonight, free
Everything in these docs runs off one thing: a free account that takes about a minute to create. No card, no call, no setup fee. The venues that get the most out of the platform are simply the ones that started earliest — the agents learn your venue by working in it, and that learning never transfers to a venue that waits.
The rule: create the account, scan the menu, name your competitors. Your website is live the same day, and the first shift log lands the next morning.
How it works
- Create your account at admin.bitethemenu.com — email or Google sign-in, one minute, free.
- Create your venue — name, city, and a photo of the menu you already have. Paper, chalkboard, PDF: all fine.
- That’s the setup. The site goes live in twelve languages, the AI reads your dishes, and the night team starts its first shift.
- Invite your team when you’re ready — each teammate gets their own login and a role (owner, manager, staff), so the chef sees the kitchen and the cashier sees the till.
- Add more venues under the same account if you run more than one — each venue keeps its own menu, data, and team, one login to switch between them.
Good to know
- Starting is free and stays free for the core menu and website — you upgrade only when you want the heavier services.
- What you can do in the app is exactly what you can do from chat — same account, same permissions, anywhere.
- Every day you wait is a day of learning your competitors’ venues could be banking instead. Day ninety beats day one.
