Our Meta presence & Our TikTok presence
Instagram & Facebook (Instagram + Facebook, a tab each) and TikTok are your own-channel dashboards: the same depth you get on a competitor’s page, pointed at your accounts — plus the part a competitor page can’t give you, which is what to do next.
If a channel says “not linked yet”, add its link under Marketing Studio → Connections → Your channels. No login needed.
How it works
- Open Marketing Studio → Instagram & Facebook and pick Instagram or Facebook.
- The eight tiles at the top are your headline numbers — followers, 7- and 30-day change, posts held, average likes and comments, engagement rate, posts per week. Hover any tile to see what it means and roughly what good looks like.
- Today’s read is Bite’s overnight summary of your week, with one thing worth doing today.
- Press Ask Sara to read our feed. Sara reads every post you hold and gives you one move for this week. Deep dive opens a longer version.
- Where we stand puts your four key numbers next to the middle value of the competitors you track, and names the best performer in your set.
- Below that: your posts, when you post, your top five, which format wins, and the follower and engagement charts.
Good to know
-
On Instagram, each post has a Save button. It copies that photo into your Library. Then you can add it to a dish or to Photo style. The copy is free; the AI sorts the photo for 1 credit.
-
When a post shows — for likes, Instagram hides the likes on that post. It is not a zero.
-
Sara’s read costs a few credits and runs only when you press the button — nothing is charged in the background.
-
Where we stand costs nothing. It fills in once you track a competitor who has the same channel linked.
-
Connected under Publishing: we read your own Instagram straight from Instagram. Sync now and Get older posts are free.
-
Not connected: we read your public profile. Each read costs a few credits.
-
Get older posts reaches further back, 50 at a time, up to 100. We keep those posts, so you never pay for them twice.
-
Charts need two days of history before they draw a line.
-
The best-time-to-post line waits for at least two posts in the same day-and-hour slot before it will claim one.
-
Age-restricted Facebook Page: this is normal for bars and pubs. We cannot read it. The page shows how to fix it. Sync now stays off until you fix it.
