Who is who: Platform members and Your team

You have two lists of people. Each list answers one question. A picture called Who is who shows both lists. It is at the top of Platform members, Your team and Jobs.

The rule: a role is for a person who signs in. A job is for a person who gets lessons.

How it works

Platform members answers: who can use this admin?

  1. A person signs in with their email.
  2. You give them a role, for example Owner, Manager or Staff.
  3. The role decides which pages they can open and what they can change.

Your team answers: who gets lessons on the phone?

  1. You add a person. A name is enough.
  2. You give them one or more jobs, for example Waiter or Cook.
  3. Each job has its own courses. The person gets the courses of their jobs.
  4. The lessons come to their phone, in the Telegram chat.

Good to know

  • A person on Platform members uses one place on your plan. A person on Your team does not.
  • A person on Your team cannot sign in to this admin.
  • One person can be on both lists. For example, a manager who signs in and also studies.
  • You make the jobs on Jobs. You give a job to a person on Your team: press the job on their row.
  • On the picture, the step with You are here is the page you are on. Press Hide to fold the picture away.
