When your plan renews
Your plan covers a period. When that period ends, the features it pays for switch off. This page is how you see the date coming.
The rule
Nothing switches off without warning. You get an email before the date, and the date itself is on your plan page.
How it works
- Open AI → Your plan. Under your plan name you’ll see when it runs until.
- About a week before that date, we email everyone at your venue who handles billing.
- Renew and the date moves forward. Do nothing and the features stop on that date — your menu, your orders and your data all stay exactly where they are.
You can renew yourself: pick your plan on the same page and pay by card. That buys one month — it doesn’t renew on its own yet, so each month is a fresh payment and a fresh reminder email. Automatic monthly billing is coming, and when it’s ready this page starts offering it by itself.
Good to know
- Only owners and managers get the email. It goes to everyone who holds billing permission, not one person.
- The date shown is the soonest thing to expire. If parts of your plan end at different times, this is the first one.
- If a card payment ever fails, you keep your features while we retry, and for a week after that. You’d hear from us well before anything stops.
- In Thailand, renewals stay a QR you scan. PromptPay pays one bill at a time, so there’s no card for us to keep on file.
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Renew later and everything is where you left it.
