Tell it once — where your information lives
The platform holds a lot about your venue: dishes, prices, competitors, guests, photos, your way of speaking. One idea sits behind all of it — every fact has exactly one home.
The rooms
| The room | What it knows | Who reads from it |
|---|---|---|
| Your menu | What the guest reads — dishes, prices, descriptions, photos, allergens. | The public site, the AI assistants, the post writer. |
| Your street (competitors) | Who you’re against — their menus, prices, offers and review themes, read nightly. | Counter-move drafts, the intelligence dashboard, price comparisons. |
| Your guests (customers) | Who’s eating with you, what they love, when they drift. | Win-back nudges, birthday offers, the weekly brief. |
| Your look (photo styles) | The visual style you described to Dani once. | Every photo the studio produces, every image in a post. |
| Your voice | How you talk — the words you use, and the ones you never would. | Every caption, review reply and description the team drafts. |
| Your events | Packages and bookings that aren’t a single plate — tastings, rentals, private hire. | Event quotes, deposits, the booking calendar. |
The rule
A fact lives in its room, and nowhere else.
Write it once. When the AI answers a guest, drafts a post, or compares you to the street, it walks into the right room and reads today’s version.
Good to know
- Describe your visual style once and every studio image matches it. Set your voice once and every caption sounds like you. Name a competitor once and the scanners keep reading them nightly without being asked again.
- Free-text narrative — your story, a dish’s prose — is for what no room holds as a fact: the why behind a supplier, the philosophy of the house.
- When you find yourself typing the same fact in two places, stop. One of them is the wrong place.
