Buying AI credits — top up your balance by card

You can top up your AI credits yourself, straight from the dashboard — no need to contact support.

The rule: pick a pack, pay, and the credits land on your balance the moment the payment is confirmed.

How it works

  1. On your dashboard, open the AI usage card and click Buy credits.
  2. Pick a pack — for example the Starter Pack (500 credits for $5) or the Value Pack (2,500 credits for $20).
  3. Pay by card on a secure page run by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
  4. The credits land in your bonus balance within seconds.

Paying by PromptPay (Thailand)

If your venue is in Thailand you may see a QR code instead of a card page:

  1. A QR appears on screen with the amount in baht.
  2. Scan it with any Thai banking app and confirm the transfer. The money goes straight to our company bank account — there’s no card fee.
  3. Your banking app shows a slip (the transfer receipt). Tap Upload bank slip and pick that image.
  4. We check the slip automatically. When it matches, the credits land on your balance and you’ll see the slip reference on screen.

The QR lasts 30 minutes. Nothing is charged until the slip is checked, and a slip that doesn’t match — wrong amount, wrong account, already used — comes back with a plain explanation.

Good to know

  • Bonus credits never expire — they stack on top of your monthly allotment and are only used once it runs out.
  • Only the venue owner can buy credits. Other team members see the packs but can’t purchase.
  • If you close the payment page without paying, nothing is charged and nothing changes.
  • A declined card tells you why — try another card or check with your bank.
  • PromptPay is a one-off payment each time — there’s no automatic renewal on that rail, so top up when you need to. Refunds are handled by bank transfer: contact support.
  • Every purchase shows up in your plan and credits history.
