Manage your menu by chat

You do not have to open the menu editor to make a change. Ask the AI in plain words and it changes the menu for you.

The rule

The AI never changes anything on its own. It shows you a card. You tap Yes, do it and only then does it happen.

Where you can ask

  • The panel on your Menu screen. Bruno is the chef there. He knows your food.
  • The Telegram bot, on your phone.
  • The chat on your home screen, and the team chat.

All three work the same way. Use the one you have in your hand.

How it works

  1. Say what you want. “Add a Sushi section.” “Rename Starters to Small plates.”
  2. A card appears. It says what will happen.
  3. Tap Yes, do it and it happens. Tap No and nothing changes.

You can ask about items — “move the Burrata to Antipasti”, “the house red is 180 a glass, 900 a bottle”. You can ask about sections — “hide the desserts section”, “put Cocktails at the top”. You can ask for many prices at once — “raise all pizza prices 10%”.

Good to know

  • One card for each change. Ask for a section with two items and you answer three times.
  • Nothing is deleted. “Remove the tiramisu” hides it. You can show it again.
  • Size prices are safe. “Raise 10%” skips any item with glass and bottle prices, or small and large. Set those one by one.
  • Your account decides. If you cannot change prices yourself, the AI cannot change them for you. Everyone else can still ask questions.
  • It is the same menu. A change shows in the menu editor and on your public menu at once.
